I remember taking the public bus and started talking to elderly people. Then I started asking life questions to people age 40s ish. I had great conversation with them. Why they still living in this city and stuff. And their life goals. Then all of a sudden I joined the god damn Marine corps which I yelling yes sir for three month straight. Begin with places you really love. Then just go there frequently, make those places part of your routine. Then little by little you will begin to feel comfy because you are a very territorial person. "Introverted" is a way to say "territorial" which means: a person who needs to feel secure and comfy in a specific space. Sorry to read this. I am at the same situation and I started a sport to meet someone but I can tell you that boxing is a bad choice ... Choose any sportscar you want, after a while you will meet someone, the sport isn't that important, maybe you finde in this way something you like or you know after a few time.that you dislike and try next one. Never stop, just keep going. Where you come from? If you close by we can support each other
