This is hands down the best value you will get, and the flavor is amazing compared to other brands. I'm already on my third container of it, and haven't even bothered switching brands like I usually do because the flavor and price. I saw others complaining about the cholesterol. One scoop has 125mg of cholesterol and 30grams of protein. One egg has 185mg of cholesterol and 6 grams of protein. In that perspective, it's not bad at all. You can probably find a better ratio, but it might cost you around double. I seen others complain about sucralose which is an artifical sweetener popular in Splenda. That's what gives it a lot of the good flavor. It's better than having more added sugars, and more calories. Usually protein drinks taste terrible. These are delicious both cookies and cream and chocolate. The protein obviously helps because I'm able to get a max workout in, and recover fully in 24 hours now. That wasn't the case when I lacked protein in my diet. I only use one scoop a day. Like I said, this is a good value protein and not really bad. If you want something more healthier and probably less tasty you can pay a lot more.

Back in the day I used to use Optimum Nutrition for all of my protein needs but they changed their formula for the worse and they still want to charge out the nose for it. I dropped them like a lead weight and I've never looked back. After shopping around for alternatives I came across Body Fortress, which has become my go-to source for whey and similar supplements. This whey is a bit high in cholesterol but at this price I suppose that something has to give. I'd prefer the cholesterol to be lower but considering my diet and exercise I'm not too concerned. I certainly do much worse on my cheat day! At the time of writing this review I'm doing Insanity Max:30 and seeing real results. I take this whey after every workout session and have no plans to change this behavior unless Body Fortress worsens their formula. This stuff tastes great in my opinion, and it mixes well enough in my shaker bottle. I used to get some clumps left on the bottom of the shaker that didn't mix into the milk but I've since began to add the whey on top of the milk rather than adding it first. That's solved the issue.

recovering from gastric sleeve and needed a high protein drink. I am allergic to chocolate and find vanilla just tastes like ick on most shakes. Cannot easily find strawberry powder mix then I saw this on amazon. Love it. Mix in almond milk. Powder takes a bit to dissolve but a little wisk does the trick. Will repeat this order.

For the value, this whey powder is really good. Don't freak out over the calories per scoop -- the scoop is HUGE. I would say it's probably twice the size of other protein powder scoops that I have used. I blend one scoop of this, with 1/2 frozen banana, 1 C. Cashew Milk, a little sugar-free vanilla syrup, 1 cup of ice, and 1/2 t. of xanathan gum. The result tastes exactly like a Wendy's frosty. Enjoy!

First, I'm NOT a bodybuilder!! But, under advice from my trainer friend, he adjusted my diet to help me lose weight and tone my body. I needed to take in about 1.5x my body weight in grams of protein (around 250 grams) and stay around 1800 calories, and unless I had nothing but chicken and fish every day, that was going to be a very difficult task! He recommended either make my own shakes or the Body Fortress shake mix... and since I'm pressed for time (or lazy, call it what you will), I chose the protein powder. I'm glad I did! Personally, I love Reese's peanut butter cups (chocolate and peanut butter) so this flavor was a logical choice for me. No, it doesn't taste exactly like a Reese's cup (when was the last time you drank one anyway?), but it satisfies my taste palate. It mixes well in water (I use ~12oz to a scoop) as long as you use a shaker or blender. Don't even try mixing it with a spoon unless you want a full wrist workout! Most importantly, it helps me reach my protein goal without wiping out my calories. The auto-delivery is handy! No excuses for running out and it's a little cheaper this way. Oh, progress you ask? Well, a year ago, I started out at 162, I'm hovering around 138 pounds now! No, the protein powder will not help you lose weight. Going to the gym 5-6 times a week and sticking to a healthy eating plan does that. BUT, as part of that plan, you have to get the proper ratio of macronutrients and the Body Fortress Protein powder makes that a little easier day to day!

The strawberry actually tastes REALLY good. I use a lot of protein powders, most of the time it's ON or Muscle Pharm which both cost a lot more. At 2 or 3 servings a day it adds up fast. There's only so much chicken and fish I can shove down my reluctant gullet everyday so powder is a necessity. This stuff is delicious with milk, haven't tried water (which I imagine will be ok). It tastes just like Hershey's strawberry syrup in milk (my 3 year old daughter's favorite treat). I don't feel like I'm choking it down like I do with some brands (to be fair ON and MP are also really tasty, just expensive). In terms of macros, it's not half bad either. Nothing amazing but for the price not bad. It's definitely being added to my powder list for my breakfast serving.

This is my first purchase of whey protein and I’m glad I chose this one. The chocolate flavor is delicious. I’ve mixed it with almond milk, macadamia milk, and even black iced coffee and they were all delicious. It also breaks up and dissolves very easily. I don’t need to use a blender or special shaker. I just put it in my sports bottle, add ice, and shake for about 30 seconds. Very convenient and provides a nice amount of protein. It also gives me energy.

It’s your basic whey protein with creative mono hydrate. Good taste, I like putting it with my smoothie. It says use 2 scoops but using 2 scoops for 60 grams of protein is dumb. Your body will expel what it cant absorb and there are no foods that have 60 grams of protein so don’t follow directions if your a smaller person and aren’t into wasting your money into the toilet. 30 grams of protein in one scoop is enough and you will extend the time you have the protein.

I used a regular whey protein for my post workout before I found this. They tasted ok, but when I first tried this! - 2 Bananas - 1 Cup Oats - 1.5 Cups Soy Protein Milk - 1 Scoop Body Fortress Vanilla Protein Powder 1000 Calories (I also add a protein bar for a total of 1250 Calories) 55G Protein 70G Carbs 17G Fat 20G Fiber I've used about 5 total different brands of protein powders. This one by far is the most delicious one I've tasted and seen most results in bulking I recommend it for any budget beginner trying to put on muscle mass!

I was looking for protein powder to use as creamer for my coffee as most of the other creamers out there use a ton of sugar. This stuff is fantastic. Not only am I getting my protein with my coffee in the morning, I'm getting less carbs and for a cheaper price that I can get this stuff at the store. It arrived within 24 hours. One thing I should note, you need to mix this stuff with room-temperature water for it to mix the best in a blender shaker bottle. If you use warm or cold water you'll get a lot of clumps. The only thing that I can say that's a little Discerning about this powder is that when I reach the bottom of my cup of coffee, that I make in the French press, I have to make sure that the cookie crumbles are just that and not chunks of coffee grounds.
